Position - Business Analyst 3 with Election Exp Location - Richmond, VA 23219- Locals - Hybrid *Note: CSM or Safe Certification. (MUST) *Note: Try to find "Election" Experience. *Note: UAT Testing Experience. *Note: Local to VA. Complete Description: Agile Business Systems Analyst for Virginia Department of Elections The selected candidate must be proficient in Agile practices of story writing and requirements gathering. Able to deliver written project deliverables and communicate to stakeholders at all levels. Skills Required / Desired Amount of Experience Proven working experience as a business systems analyst for medium to large projects Required 5 Years Able to communicate and collaborate with agile delivery teams and other technical staff, business partners and vendors. Required 5 Years Able to accurately define and capture project requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. Required 5 Years Able to write UAT test scripts from use cases and proficient in UAT testing. Required 5 Years Able to identify and document project risks and actions to mitigate risks. Required 5 Years Able to track requirements throughout lifecycle of SDLC cycle Required 5 Years Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, ADO, JIRA and Confluence Required 5 Years Analytical and able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems Required 5 Years Ability to meet deadlines with minimal direct supervision Required 5 Years Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Required 5 Years Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required 5 Years Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Required 5 Years Election experience strongly preferred Highly desired 4 Years Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certifications Highly desired Keywords: Virginia VA Locals only - Business Analyst 3 with Election Exp - Richmond, VA 23219- Hybrid - Locals [email protected] |
