Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to gather requirements, understand business processes, and design robust and scalable solutions. Create detailed functional and technical design specifications that align with the clients short- and long-term needs and leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and integration with third-party technologies effectively. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, customization options, and best practices. Mentor junior developers and staff in learning of ServiceNow and to be a champion for tech analysts. Identify potential challenges and propose innovative solutions to address them. Work closely with project managers, developers, and other teams to support the implementation of solutions. Provide technical oversight and ensure that the design is accurately translated into a functional solution. Design and oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications to create seamless workflows and automate business processes. Ensure data consistency and integrity across different platforms. Conduct performance analysis and optimizations to enhance the overall efficiency and responsiveness of ServiceNow and integrated solutions. Identify and resolve bottlenecks to enhance system performance and ensure projects stay within scope and timeline.
