Job Summary:

As a BA QA within the DHHS Medicaid
Enterprise System (MES) Program, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality
and efficiency of the PBA application. Your role will involve:

Requirements
     Analysis:
 Assessing testability and guiding test
     case development.

Test
     Validation:
 Evaluating test results against
     business vision.

Quality
     Assurance:
 Performing testing across
     various stages (integration, user acceptance, regression, state
     end-to-end).

Collaboration:

Working with project teams, product owners, and business leads.

Agile
     Methodology:
 Experience with Agile and Scrum.

Automation:

Validating automation scenarios and defining business expectations.

Healthcare
     Knowledge:
 In-depth understanding of
     healthcare functions and segments.

Medicaid
     Expertise:
 Experience with Medicaid/Health
     Care and Managed Care.

CMS
     Knowledge:
 Understanding of CMS MITA
     Framework and Medicaid applications.

Training:

Providing in-person, conference call, or virtual training.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Product
     Lifecycle:
 Supporting the product lifecycle
     from conception to implementation.

Collaboration:

Working with PBA Project Team, State QAU team, PBA vendor, and Business
     core.

Required Skills:

Experience
     in requirements analysis, test case development, and test execution.

Knowledge
     of quality assurance methodologies and testing types.

Experience
     with Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Understanding
     of healthcare, Medicaid, and CMS MITA Framework.

Strong
     communication and collaboration skills.

Experience
     with test and defect management tools (MF ALM, JIRA).

Ability
     to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience
     with Medicaid applications, specifically in Pharmacy functional areas.

Familiarity
     with CMS Certification process.
