Please review our job opening below and kindly send us the updated resume ASAP along with the details of consultants; Please add [email protected] in your distribution list Role :: SAP PM With GTS Location :: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite) Type :: Contract H1B ONLY Job Details: Must have prior experience (at least 4-5 yrs) working as a SAP functional analyst preferably GTS with demonstrated progression in increasing responsibilities and scope. Experience in E4H is an added advantage. At least 3 years or more of managing IT projects, including minor enhancements, continuous improvement projects, and large projects (> $75K) Experience managing budgets, scope, timelines, and technical resources Must demonstrate capability to proactively follow-up and drive project issues to closure Must have experience promoting changes to production and associated methodology Must be highly analytical: can breakdown issues, systemically think through an issue, and identify root cause Must be able to effectively understand business perspective, address their issues, and communicate well with business stakeholders Ability to learn quickly and must be a team player Must be self-starter and proactive, ability to work independently including managing deliverables, prioritize and multi-task with minimal guidance Must have strong organizational skills and eagerness to drive issues to closure Must possess excellent English verbal and written skills: active listener and have ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions to different groups within the company (IT and business) Must have excellent knowledge in using Microsoft products: Powerpoint, MS Projects, Excel, and Word Additional Sills: Must have prior experience at least 45 yrs working as a SAP functional analyst preferably GTS with demonstrated progression in increasing responsibilities and scope.
