Meaning full scope Networking capabilities and understanding. They want someone whos installed a rack a thousand times. There may be times when this person needs to be able to help out and doesnt mind doing switch in rack when needed which isnt often but if it pops up, be able to help. They need to be able to understand the IP Scheme for a cabinet in the field. They need to be able to ask questions to the field and understand. They are primarily a Cisco Shop.
