Working with the Sr. Product manager, Development teams and key business stakeholders to define and execute the vision for the web/eCommerce experience Supporting a product roadmap and managing a backlog in execution of this vision Collaborating with partners along with external vendors to understand business needs and opportunities and translate them into features and enhancements Partnering with engineering and systems owners to effectively execute against product roadmap and vision Building a web/ecomm program that uses data and measurement to ensure accountability to outcomes, impact, and ROI JOB REQUIREMENTS: Identify minimum education, experience, and/or skills/requirements necessary to perform the job. You have a Bachelor's degree 5-8 years of experience in a product owner or product development role Knowledge of scrum and agile Ability to prioritize effectively Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles and design quality standards Proficiency in the use of analytic tools Excellent oral and written communication Strong project management skills, ability to juggle multiple projects and work with a variety of stakeholders and teams, including business and engineering teams Comfortable handling multiple tasks and switching priorities and focus areas as needed Creative and customer-focused Familiarity with web and ecomm standards and best practices, including privacy compliance and accessibility principles, practices, and testing. Experience with large digital companies or educational organizations is beneficial. Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. Experience Requirement: 5+ years of applicable experience.
