Position: Sr. Site Reliability Engineer (SRE Support ) Location: Stamford, CT (Day 1 Onsite - 3 days in a week) Mode: Contract Skills : Splunk Datadog L2 support experience AWS Job Description: Willing to work in rotation shifts. Has Proven experience in L2 support operation team. Advanced level knowledge with hands on experience in AWS cloud platform (EKS, CloudWatch, Lamba, Microservices) is an advantage. Strong Hands-on with Splunk monitoring tool is a MUST. Strong Hands-on with DataDog monitoring tool is a MUST. Must have Analytical skills to be able to connect dots while troubleshooting issues in ordering journey on UI/website. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is an advantage. Collaborate with development teams to identify and address bottlenecks in the application & production defects. Monitoring and managing infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. Implementing and maintaining version control systems, configuration management tools, and other DevOps related technologies. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Continuously improving processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Drive major incident calls with multiple teams involved.
