Familiarity with modern architecture styles including microservices and serverless architectures. Proficiency in Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and microservices patterns. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience in mentoring and leading development teams through the project lifecycle. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about software system design. Desired Experience: 8-10+ years of professional experience in Java development and software architecture. 3+ years in a leadership or team lead position.
