You will manage customer expectations and address issues related to ongoing opportunities in collaboration with the wider program team. KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Our client is looking for a seasoned M365 Lead Consultant with expertise in designing and executing tenant-to-tenant migrations. This role involves participating in discovery/envisioning, gathering requirements, and developing/producing design documentation and solutions. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about being hands-on in implementing these solutions. Your skills and experience include: M365 consultant with at least 5-10yrs experience in the architecture, design, and implementation of modern work solutions at an enterprise level. M365 migration experience across 5-10k users Experience working knowledge across all the core M365 products, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive with a unique specialization of exchange Tenant-to-Tenant Migration experience Good working knowledge of Azure & Identity stacks Experience with 3rd party tooling, specifically Quest. Other tool experience preferable but not essential e.g. Bit Titan, Sharegate etc High level design capabilities for M365 Produce from scratch Strong expertise in the Microsoft workplace stack including a broad understanding of how these technologies integrate and link with surrounding technologies which encompass the workplace ecosystem Experience with hybrid and cloud-delivered solutions and architectures Understanding and industry exposure to other key third party tools for user experience management, device management and environment monitoring Customer facing skills, stakeholder management to at least a Senior workplace management level Strong workplace evangelistic traits.
