| Role: Data Engineer with Data Architect experience (2 Months Contract) Location: 100% Remote Visa: USC/GC Client: Confidential Required Skills Qualifications: 3+ years' experience in similar positions working in an Agile environment 5-7 years Leadership experience driving project execution across the entire development lifecycle, working both independently as well as in a senior role on project teams. Experience working in a start-up (or similar) environment, successfully navigating ambiguity and working with any number of technology stacks (GCP, AWS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.) 1-3 years' experience as a Data Architect with heavy data Modeling and data warehouse architecture/design Demonstrated knowledge and experience with conceptual, logical and physical data modeling best practices within various paradigms including 3NF, dimensional modeling, data vault, etc. High level of proficiency with SQL and/or SQL-based scripting languages Demonstrated experience with ETL design, development and implementation including connections to APIs, relational databases, semi-structured (JSON) and flat files (CSV), etc. (Informatica, IBM Datastage, Fivetran, etc.) Experience in the following coding languages - (SQL, Python, R, etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric and MS Azure Proficiency with Cloud Data Warehouses (Snowflake, Oracle OCI, Azure Synapse Analytics, BigQuery, Postgres, etc.) Solid experience with BI platforms (i.e. Tableau, MSPowerBI, Cognos, Looker, etc.) Solid grasp of database objects and when/how to use them including synonyms, views, materialized views, stored procedures, user-defined functions, triggers, etc. Experience with data lineage, data profiling and data quality capabilities in a data warehouse environment Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. -- Keywords: business intelligence rlang information technology green card microsoft Data Engineer with Data Architect experience||USC,GC||Remote|| [email protected] |
