Title: Organizational Change Management Lead 

Location: DMV(Hybrid)

Local only

Duties/ Responsibilities:

A proven Change Leader who has results-driven experience in leading large, complex change initiatives.

Deliver recommended actions to improve and optimize adoption using Data Analytics and 
Best Practices.

Credible expertise in applying and implementing OCM disciplines (e.g., change strategy, sponsor and change advocate development, strategic communications, learning and development, resistance management, and change sustainability) within a regulatory environment.

Conduct survey assessments to identify potential risks.

Develop a tailored strategy, training, and communication plan.

Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans including a communication plan,  sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, stakeholder analysis, and resistance management plan.

Facilitate focus groups to discuss bottlenecks hindering adoption and establish a mitigation plan.

Provide transitional support by focusing on change stabilization and optimizing results to ensure long-term success.

Utilize interactive dashboards and reports to visualize and trend adoption metrics.

Measure the success of change and provide lessons learned.

Identify potential personnel risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.

Understand the client's organization and change management issues, explain the factors involved, and shape organizational solutions to deliver value to the client.

Conduct organizational change readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.

Be an active and visible coach to executive leaders who are change sponsors.

Create and manage measurement systems to track and report on individual changes' adoption, utilization, and proficiency.

Identify resistance and performance gaps and work to develop and implement corrective actions.

Help re-align the organization, its people, and their actions with critical businesses.

Develop surveys, newsletters, and other communication materials as needed.

Facilitate project meetings, assign and manage tasks for change activities.

*Education:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Communication, Organizational or Cultural Management, or equivalent business experience.

General Experience:

 Minimum of 5 years of experience related to the successful delivery of change management work in the disciplines of change management methodology, job/role design, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, communication planning, training/performance support, and organizational readiness.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills, able to synthesize information and tailor communication style and content for a variety of audiences.

Large-scale system deployment experience within a healthcare organization.

Demonstrated experience conducting meetings and making presentations.

Proactive self-starter; effective in both team settings and as an individual contributor.

Must be a team player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work independently and manage work to a defined schedule.

Comfortable and confident in presenting to both front-line employees and executives.

*Specialized Experience:

 Prosci or other Change Management certification a plus.

Previous experience with large-scale, technology-related change.

Attachment D MBE Utilization and Fair Solicitation Affidavit and MBE Participation Schedule (if applicable). 3. Resume for each proposed candidate, 8-
page limit. Include any documentation supporting education/certification requirements (not included in the 8-page limit). Do NOT include the offerors Company/Organization Name/Logo. Multiple Positions may submit up to 4 resumes per position. Note: Submit one zip file (password protected) with all the individual documents. Naming Convention: Resume_FirstName_LastName.pdf , Attachment B_Summary_FirstName_LastName.pdf. The Financial Proposal must include the following: 1. Completed Attachment C Task Order Request Financial Proposal, submit in Excel and PDF format. Complete the Financial Proposal Form only as provided in the Financial Proposal Form Instructions and the Task Order Request Financial Proposal Form itself, including pricing for all labor roles anticipated for this TO. 2. The TO Request Financial Proposal shall contain a description of any assumptions on which the TO Contractors TO Request Financial Proposal is based (Assumptions shall not constitute conditions, contingencies, or exceptions to the Financial Proposal Form). 3. Proposed labor rates shall not exceed the rates in the TO Contractors Financial Proposal to TORFP #F50B0600039 for the TOA year(s) in effect at the time of the TO Request Proposal due date. Note: S
