From: pallavi, Nitya Software solutions [email protected] Reply to:   [email protected] Hi, Role: EDI Technical Analyst Responsibilities: Manage single inbound queue of Customer EDI requests Works directly with both internal and external customers to gather all business and technical requirements for each EDI transaction Ensure complete testing of end-to-end processes associated with any EDI transactions Work with the EDI application development team around all new / change / fix requests for EDI Work with / manage EDI mapping requests with our 3rd party vendor Work closely with project manager to manage / report on all EDI projects and daily requests / issues using our ticketing system Maintain request and priority queue Provide input and detail to PM supporting governance, status and prioritization processes Document Business System Rules, Process Flow Work Instructions Thanks, Pallavi, [email protected] , Nitya Software Solutions Inc.
