Recommend and design appropriate architectural models to meet their needs. Data Migration: Design and implement end-to-end batch processes to migrate existing Mainframe-based batch processes to the Talend platform. ETL Development: Lead the development, maintenance, and support of sustainable data movement and transformation processes, particularly for the Customer Master. Testing and Validation: Ensure that all solutions align with customer enterprise standards and compliance requirements. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of ETL methodologies, data profiling, data migration, and data integration using Talend. Problem-Solving: Possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively. Agile Experience: Have experience working in Agile frameworks to foster collaboration and iterative development. Mainframe and Database Knowledge: Demonstrate experience or exposure to Mainframe systems and databases like DB2. Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with development team members, business analysts, and project management to ensure successful project outcomes. Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify patterns. Talend Certification: A Talend certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.Required Skills and Qualifications Talend Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Talend, including proficiency in designing and developing mappings, transformations, sessions, workflows, and deploying integration solutions. Batch Processing: Experience designing batch solutions using Qlik Replicate. ETL Methodology: Extensive experience in ETL methodologies for data profiling, data migration, extraction, transformation, and loading. Troubleshooting: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile frameworks and methodologies. Mainframe and Database Knowledge: Experience or exposure to Mainframe systems and databases like DB2. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
