Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB Expert Location: Allen, TX (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow CMDB Expert to manage, maintain, and optimize our Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, ITIL processes, and best practices. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our CMDB, developing and implementing solutions that improve data quality, and supporting overall IT operations. Key Responsibilities: 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, including Discovery and Service Mapping. Proficiency in ServiceNow modules, especially CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Strong understanding of CI classes, CI relationship mapping, and data normalization. Strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes, particularly in Configuration Management, Change Management, and Incident Management. Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), API integrations, and creating custom workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CMDB, ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred).
