| Role: SAP BASIS & HANA Administrator Location: SanJose, CA Onsite Key Skills and Expertise: SAP Basis Tasks: Deep knowledge of technical planning, installations, and configurations of SAP S/4 HANA, FIORI, SLT, SOLMAN, SAP Router, upgrades, OS/DB migrations, Unicode conversions for SAP NetWeaver platform, SSO configuration, and installation of SSL certificates. Proficient in using BRTOOLS for space management. S/4HANA Implementation & Conversion: Hands-on experience in the implementation and conversion of S/4HANA solutions. System Maintenance: Proficient in applying Support Packages, Kernel patch upgrades, TMS configuration, Transport administration (strategy), maintaining operation modes and profile parameters, and background job management. Experience in SAP Backup and Recovery. HANA Expertise: Mastery of HANA knowledge including High Availability and Disaster Recovery, performance tuning, and system integration. System Migration & Upgrades: Extensive experience in SAP system migration using the DMO tool and performing system upgrades. SQL Scripting & Performance Optimization: Strong SQL scripting skills, creating stored procedures, troubleshooting performance issues, and optimizing code for better performance. SLT & SAP Data Services Expertise: Expertise in SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) and SAP Data Services. SAP Sizing & Data Archiving: Experience in SAP sizing using SAP Quick Sizer and SAP data archiving techniques. Integration: Proficient in integrating SAP HANA into different remote systems and exposure to various remote access options in HANA systems. Technical Infrastructure: In-depth knowledge of hardware, operating systems (Linux), and networking connectivity required for SAP environments. SAP HANA Core Technology: Extensive experience with SAP HANA In-Memory Platform core technology, including architecture, landscape design, installation, upgrade, performance tuning, and system integration. SAP Release Planning & System Refresh: Skilled in elaborating SAP release plans, executing system refresh tasks, and managing client copies (local client copy, client export, client import). Performance Optimization & Tuning: Deep experience with SQL traces to achieve Performance Impact Analysis. Transport Management & Early Watch Configuration: Experience in Early Watch configuration, analysis, and transport management. Automation: Expertise in automating SAP Basis tasks through various development and scripting approaches. Incident Management: Experience in troubleshooting issues at the OS level, including work process monitoring, log checking, OSS note analysis, performance analysis, and providing root cause solutions. Documentation & Procedures: Ability to write operational procedures and create Adobe standard documentation. Support: Provide on-call support during weekdays and weekends as per the schedule.
