Job Description: As an OTM Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations with a strong focus on cloud solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide technical expertise, and ensure the successful delivery of OTM projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions in cloud environments. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and define project scope. Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Configure, customize, and integrate OTM applications to meet client-specific requirements. Oversee data migration, testing, and deployment activities to ensure successful project outcomes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation process. Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, regular updates, and addressing any concerns. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in OTM and cloud technologies to recommend innovative solutions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) in a technical lead capacity. Proven experience with cloud-based implementations of OTM solutions, including familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Strong understanding of OTM architecture, configuration, and integration. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
