| Role: OSS Architect Type Contract Location Remote (US/Canada) This is a Pure Technical Role. No PM/DM profiles. We will need only OSS architects ( NetCracker knowledge is good but not mandate). Develop and refine architecture strategies to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability. System Integration: Integrate OSS components with network management systems, provisioning systems, and other operational tools. Ensure seamless interoperability between various systems and technologies. Operational Efficiency: Develop and optimize processes for network monitoring, fault management, performance management, and service assurance. Implement automation to streamline OSS workflows and reduce operational overhead. Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance OSS capabilities. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to network operations and management. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, software developers, and product managers, to align OSS solutions with business needs. Communicate architectural decisions and strategies to stakeholders clearly and effectively. System Design and Documentation: Create detailed architectural documentation, including design specifications, system diagrams, and integration plans. Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date and accurately reflects the system architecture. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement tuning and optimization techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of OSS solutions. Compliance and Security: Ensure OSS solutions comply with industry standards, regulations, and security best practices. Implement security measures to protect operational data and systems. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expertise in troubleshooting complex OSS-related issues and support problem resolution.
