Microsoft Skills 5+ years of experience with 365 architecture, implementation, security, performance, scaling 5+ years of experience with 365 functional capabilities 5+ years of experience with Azure PaaS platform and components for designing / architecting solutions. Ideal candidate has strong hand-on knowledge of Power. Ideal candidate has implemented, and performance tuned 365 environments for enterprise class company. Ideal candidate has experience with Azure AD and Microsoft security. Soft Skills Organizational Skills Understanding of Different Project Management Methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile) Strong Leadership Capabilities & Presence Possess strong technical and SDLC experience.
