We are seeking a Full System Support Engineer to assist in development of Enhancements, Application fixes, and Provide Technical Support / Maintenance) of Brainware and other tools. This role involves the development of enhancements, application fixes, and providing technical support and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, particularly in SQL, .NET, and interface management, with some understanding of finance-related processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide full system support, including development of enhancements, bug fixes, and technical maintenance. Manage and support Brainware. Handle data manipulation and interface management, ensuring seamless integration to/from ERPs. Troubleshoot and debug issues within the application, utilizing SQL and .NET expertise. Collaborate with finance teams to understand processes related to Accounts Payable (AP) and other financial operations. Ensure the efficient functioning of the system, optimizing performance and maintaining data integrity. Document technical procedures, code changes, and system configurations. **Required Skillset: SQL Knowledge: Proficient in SQL, particularly in T-SQL for data manipulation, understanding triggers, and performance tuning. Experience in database administration is highly desirable. .NET Knowledge: Strong understanding of C# and some exposure to VB.Net. Ability to read, debug, and modify existing source code, with a focus on console applications. Interface Management: Experience with managing interfaces, particularly those related to data manipulation and ERP integration. Technical Troubleshooting: Capable of diagnosing and resolving application issues quickly and efficiently. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex systems and processes, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
