| USC Only Role: Senior Manager, Salesforce Location : Remote Candidates should reside in EST or CST time zones. Duration: 6 months with potential for extension or conversion Candidate Status Requirement: US Citizenship required Summary: This position is responsible for understanding our business and IT strategy and ensuring we have the skills and capabilities to deliver on our business and technical commitments. They will also focus on Continuous improvement within the area and lead IT initiatives and special projects within their portfolio of applications. The Data and Integration Engineering (Data Management) team is accountable for data systems used in the MFLC program and the integrity of the data captured within those systems. The team includes system and database developers and administrators for our critical systems: Readiness and Operations Command Center (ROCC and Care4)/Salesforce PICDataMart/SQL Datawarehouse and databases Program Information Center (PIC)/Tableau I've shared the responsibilities for this position below. Hands-on experience in designing, coding, enhancing, testing, and production support of custom Salesforce.com applications to meet business process requirements. Confident in Apex's best practices for writing clean, effective code Experience with system configuration using workflows, approval processes, custom objects, validation rules, formulas, flows, and data loader Salesforce Lightning experience Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling Experience leading Salesforce Developers and administrators Ability to handle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices Required Experience: Hands-on experience in designing, coding, enhancing, testing, and production support of custom Salesforce.com applications 7+ years of experience in a leadership/managerial level role with staff management responsibilities leading Salesforce Developers and administrators 1 or more of the below active certifications; Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Platform Developer I Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant Experienced in Apex best practices for writing clean, effective code Salesforce Lightning experience Nice to have: Prior healthcare experience Any of the below certifications.
