Configure and optimize Workday systems to meet business requirements and ensure efficient operations. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Integration Development: Design and develop integrations between Workday and other systems using tools like Workday Studio, Core connectors, and EIB. Create new integrations to meet evolving business requirements, leveraging technologies such as XML, REST, SOAP, JSON, and JavaScript. Testing and Troubleshooting: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Workday implementations. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Workday HCM, recruitment, advanced compensation, payroll, benefits, time off, absence, performance and development, learning, integrations, security, advanced reporting, BIRT, Prism Analytics, and expenses configurations. Have a strong understanding of cloud computing, web services, REST APIs, and associated integration challenges. Be knowledgeable in an object-oriented programming language. Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.Required Skills and Qualifications: Workday Experience: 10+ years of experience in Workday implementation and operations, with at least 5+ years as a Workday Architect.
