At first this role is going to feel like support activity, but HM would like to evolve role in to developing automation and self-service features Job Summary: Soft Skills Needed: Ability to interact with a wide array of audiences (technical and non-technical) Excellent communication skills Experience with technical writing is a plus Convey ideas and have spirited discussions respectfully Experience with Java and Kotlin is essential for this role.
