Prepare the organization for audit readiness within complex and federated environments. Take ownership of ambiguous workflows, identify key risks and required controls. Perform design assessments of controls, providing key insights into the effectiveness or gaps in controls. Independently deliver documented controls ready for integration into the GRC platform and subsequent audits by internal and external assessors. Report directly to the Associate Director of IT Compliance. Qualifications: Extensive experience in control discovery, consulting, and documentation. Proven ability to guide control owners in developing and monitoring controls. Strong understanding of SOC-2 Trust Principles, especially the Privacy Trust Principle. Ability to work independently without the need for hand-holding or tactical guidance. Experience in preparing organizations for external audits and ensuring compliance with new SOC-2 requirements.
