Candidates may be based anywhere in Canada. Role and Accountabilities: This opportunity will suit a motivated ServiceNow Developer with a demonstrated record of offering ServiceNow related design and development support, successfully delivering on a wide range of ServiceNow related technical engagements. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties: - Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) in accordance with industry standards and best practices. - Working with stakeholders to identify and prioritize risk and compliance requirements, and to develop a roadmap for their implementation in ServiceNow. - Participating in the development of GRC-related policies, procedures, and documentation. - Developing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and tools used for GRC. - Creating and customizing ServiceNow workflows and modules to support GRC processes and requirements. - Configuring and customizing third party risk assessment and audit management. - Providing guidance and training to other teams and stakeholders on best practices for using ServiceNow for GRC. - Staying current with industry trends and best practices in GRC and adapting the ServiceNow implementation as needed. - Participating in the development and maintenance of audit trails and reports to demonstrate compliance with internal and external requirements. - Supporting the management and resolution of GRC-related incidents and incidents. - Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that GRC requirements are integrated into all aspects of the organization's technology infrastructure and processes.
