From: Subodh Kumar, TEK INSPIRATIONS LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description -Audio Visual Engineering Analyst F2F Spring, Texas (100% onsite) Some of the responsibilities for this role will include: L3 escalation point for local Area Operations on all solutions and products within the AV Portfolio Testing and troubleshooting AV products and solutions Commissioning conference rooms and AV products/solutions Executing changes and/or coordinating changes with local area operations Project and Business consulting Leads for Standard AV Products and Solutions Maintaining AV documentation User & Area Ops Training Monitor component performance & processing capacity (Fusion, Zoom, Appspace) Requesting virtual infrastructure and storage capacity to the service component Develop capacity plans/forecasts for service component (Fusion, Zoom, Appspace) Analyze and generate reports and metrics Service change implementation Technical system support included (but not limited to): General integrated Audio Video Systems (Crestron products, various brands of DSP, video processors and various display technologies) Zoom Room and video conferencing infrastructure and endpoints (Logitech, Neat, Poly, DTEN, Cisco) Facilities Audio Video (digital signage - AppSpace, virtual reception, Crestron Fusion) Streaming (Webcasting) - Basic Network Infrastructure, DNS, Active Directory, Zoom Other requirements: Minimum five (5) years experience installing and servicing audiovisual systems; broadcast AV systems or similar technology Experience interpreting system drawings and signal flow Current familiarity with commercial audiovisual, videoconferencing and broadcast manufacturers of equipment, including some direct training. Manufacturer training and/or sufficient experience servicing audio visual processors and other related subsystems as needed to properly maintain customer deployed systems Training and experience servicing Digital Signal Processors (DSP) equipment ICIA Certified (CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D preferred) Strong computer skills including PC-based applications such as: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, Internet Explorer, etc. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask Reasonably Skilled at Technical Writing Strong team player Ability to help train lesser skilled team members in proper industry standards Self-sufficient, self-motivated, organized, reliable and punctual Professional demeanor and good people skills including the ability to interact well with customers, office personnel, field technicians, engineers, sales, vendors, and upper management, etc. Excellent work ethic and dedication to schedule commitments Professional business casual attire Provide own reliable transportation Perform routine preventive maintenance checks & services on AV systems Perform advanced routine maintenance support on all AV systems Provide tech support for planned live events, both onsite and off, as needed Work flexible schedule as required Preferred Certifications AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist Extron AV Associate Certification Biamp Audia Certification Crestron Certified Programmer Keywords: Audio Visual Engineering Analyst-- F2F --Spring, Texas (100% onsite) [email protected] |
