Position: Oracle HCM Developer Location: Onsite, 4 days per week in Charlotte, NC Duration: 6 -12months Visa Restrictions: No H1b/CPT Interview: Video/Skype Job Description: Oracle HCM Developer Our client, a leader in their industry, has an excellent opportunity for an Oracle HCM Developer to work on a 6-12 month + contract position. This position requires being onsite 4 days per week in Charlotte, NC. Candidates local to Charlotte, NC, are highly preferred. Responsibilities of the Oracle HCM Developer: Serve as a specialist for Oracle HCM SaaS and VB Cloud Services from a development perspective. Develop and maintain data pipelines from Oracle Cloud ERP to OAC, utilizing FAW, OTBI connections, and BICC for data extraction and transformation. Support post-go-live integrations and troubleshoot technical defects, working closely with both development and functional teams. Leverage ODI for data integration and ETL tasks, ensuring optimal performance and system maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems while overseeing system support, maintenance, and upgrades. Requirements for the Oracle HCM Developer: 3-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM development, focusing on SaaS and VB Cloud Services. Experience with FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse), including custom integrations and table management. Proficient in Oracle databases, writing complex SQL queries, and SQL tuning. Strong communication skills, capable of translating business requirements into technical specifications. Bachelors degree in IT or Computer Engineering; Oracle certifications are a plus.
