Kindly let me know if you are interested in this opportunity Role: IT PM Location: Pittsburgh,PA JD: Essentials for this role include ensuring the effectiveness and reliability of the Project Management process within our Global Network Services Project Delivery program. This role will lead the coordination, implementation and tracking of discovery, planning and execution for all in-scope project activities. This includes but is not limited to discovery, project planning, tracking, coordination and reporting for all steps of the project. This position is a stakeholder facing role which requires the candidate to establish and manage expectations within the business and drive the Global Network Services team to achieve those expectations to a high standard. Leading Global Network Services project teams to develop effective discovery, design, change, test, and implementation plan Building project plans that include interdependencies between tasks and take both local and global requirements into account to successfully ensure execution Coordinating all required activities across project(s), changes, suppliers and support teams, and managing schedules, resources and conflicts where required Ensuring that appropriate service designs and documents are produced, and that they are handed over for service transition Maintain customer satisfaction through efficient and professional handling of all Global Network Services project efforts Ensuring that network project solution designs conform to strategic, architectural, governance and corporate change management process requirements Tracking status of all relevant activities, proactively analyzing risks with execution of the project and resolving them Key Skills: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required, Masters Degree preferred 5 + years experience in a technical data networking project management in an enterprise environment Experience in leading network build and remediation projects Hands on network engineering experience Previous experience as a Team Lead or demonstrable experience in leading virtual teams Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision Experience of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services Service Management or Support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines Leverage independent Judgment to determine optimal methods of task completion and work prioritization Firm knowledge of ITIL disciplines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer facing/customer service skills Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility including shift and out of hours working Excellent organizational skills Self-motivation and able to take responsibility Keywords: information technology Pennsylvania immediate openings || IT PM with Network experience ||Pittsburgh,PA-onsite (only locals) || contract [email protected] |
