[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Key Responsibilities: Job Scheduling & Monitoring : Manage daily, weekly, and monthly job schedules using TIDAL Enterprise Scheduler. Monitor job execution and ensure timely completion of tasks. Respond to job failures, restarts, and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner. Job Automation & Optimization : Create, maintain, and optimize TIDAL job schedules to meet business and operational requirements. Automate repetitive tasks and job workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Develop and maintain scripts to support automation. Incident Management & Troubleshooting : Handle job failures, delays, and incidents; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Work closely with the IT Operations and Application teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime. Documentation & Reporting : Document job flows, dependencies, and any changes to the scheduling process. Generate periodic reports on job performance, failures, and scheduling metrics. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience : 3+ years of experience working with TIDAL Enterprise Scheduler or similar job scheduling tools. Experience in batch job scheduling, automation, and monitoring in complex environments. Proficiency with Windows, UNIX, and Linux operating systems. Technical Skills : Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Shell, or PowerShell). Familiarity with SQL and database queries. Experience with IT service management tools like ServiceNow or JIRA. Preferred Qualifications : Knowledge of other job scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys). Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP. ITIL certification or similar.
