You will leverage your expertise in Ping Identity products to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient access to our applications and services. Key Responsibilities: CIAM Architecture: Design, develop, and implement robust CIAM architectures using Ping Identity products, including PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, and PingDirectory. Integration: Integrate CIAM solutions with various enterprise systems and applications, such as SSO, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Security: Ensure the security and compliance of CIAM solutions by following industry best practices and addressing security vulnerabilities. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to CIAM implementations. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for CIAM architectures, processes, and procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure successful CIAM implementations. Required Skills and Experience: Ping Identity: Deep understanding of Ping Identity products, including PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, and PingDirectory. CIAM: Proven experience in designing and implementing CIAM solutions in complex enterprise environments. Java/J2EE: Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE technologies for integration and development tasks. JavaScript: Knowledge of JavaScript for front-end development and scripting. Security: Familiarity with security standards and best practices, such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and SSO. Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues. Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills and Experience: ISAM: Experience with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) for migration or integration purposes. Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native CIAM solutions. Automation: Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet) for CIAM deployment and management. Certification: Ping Identity certifications (e.g., PingFederate, PingAccess) are a plus.
