| Role: Lead Java Developer Location: Pittsburg, PA (Day 1- Onsite-3 Days) Need 12+ years profiles Must Have Skills: Skill 1 12+ Yrs of Exp Java, Spring Boot, Micro services architecture. Skill 2 8+ Yrs of Exp in developing and interfacing with web services, RESTful, and JSON are required Skill 3 8+ Yrs of Exp Database concepts, query optimization of relational databases, Oracle, and PostgreSQL Skill 4 8+ Yrs of Exp AWS managed services, micro-services architecture and NoSQL databases Prior experience or good knowledge of Apache Kafka, Spring Batch is required Skill 5 8+Yrs of Exp - Docker and Kubernetes Skill 6 - 8+Yrs of Exp- Agile delivery methodology and DevOps model. Skill 7 8+ Yrs of Exp GIT, defect tracking tools such as JIRA and build management tools such as Jenkins is desired. Description: 12+ Experienced with Java, Spring Boot, Micro services architecture. Candidates must be able to be part of a team that builds and enhances interactive web sites, applications, and services for both internal and external customers. Role Scope / Deliverables: Creating new services with the help of your team.Develop, release, and maintain services developed by the team.Work on full-stack software projects alongside product owners. Key Skills: Experienced with Java, Spring Boot, Micro services architecture. Prior work experience in developing and interfacing with web services, RESTful, and JSON are required Must be very comfortable for Database concepts, query optimisation of relational databases, Oracle and Postgres in particular Experience with AWS managed services, micro-services architecture and NoSQL databases Prior experience or good knowledge of Apache Kafka, Spring Batch is required. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is required. Experience with modern monitoring and logging platforms. Must have prior work experience in Agile delivery methodology and DevOps model. Experience using GIT, defect tracking tools such as JIRA and build management tools such as Jenkins is desired. Hands-on experience in scripting (Python, Perl, Ruby, Shell, AWK) would be nice to have. Exposure to NoSQL, Cloud/AWS would be nice to have. Must possess strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Be highly motivated to adopt new technologies, challenges and work in a fast paced environment. Be performance driven and perform well with minimal supervision. Be a quick learner and be open to working on new technologies if needed. Excellent team player with strong verbal & written communication skills. Be able to step up when situation demands such as meeting deadlines and critical production issues.
