Role: Test Lead Location: Dallas Texas / Irving Texas (Looking only local consultant) Duration: 12+ months Exp : 10+ Years Mandatory Skills: Test Automation, Mobile Automation, Java, Selenium, Appium We are looking for H1 B candidates from Third-party Vendors Role Description: Develop and implement test conditions and scripts to meet both business and technical requirements. Execute and analyze results from automation tests. Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and diagnose issues, aiming for root cause identification and resolution. Provide estimates for testing activities. Automate mobile applications utilizing Appium / Selenium with Java. Maintain a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, demonstrating job stability. Over 5 years of experience in Automation Testing with Selenium using Java[Relevant Experience] Strong programming and scripting capabilities in Java are essential. Familiarity with API Automation and/or mobile test automation is highly advantageous. Proficient in cloud computing concepts and well-versed AWS terminology. Foster an environment that encourages trust, open communication, creative thinking, and teamwork. Facilitate problem-solving and collaboration. Ensure discussions and decisions progress towards resolution. Intervene as needed to assist the team in overcoming challenges. Acknowledge and celebrate team achievements. Desirable Skills: Proficiency in mobile automation testing for mobile applications is essential, with demonstrated practical experience using Appium. Candidates should possess experience in an Agile setting and have a solid understanding of Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins A minimum of 5 to 8 years of automation testing experience is required, including at least 2 year of hands-on experience with Appium and Java. Preferred qualifications include experience in BDD automation framework using Selenium and TestNG A strong grasp of current automation trends, and knowledge of performance testing for mobile applications such as Jmeter. Responsibilities include automating the test suite for mobile test cases, collaborating with the automation team to integrate mobile automation into the existing framework, and assisting in the establishment of robust mobile testing environments.
