| Role: Functional Business Analyst - SAP FICO Location: Remote (The candidate must be located in the Eastern Time Zone) Mode of interview: Video Visa: GC/USC Only LinkedIn profile must be created before 2019 Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled Functional Business Analyst (BA) with strong SAP experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of SAP R/3, and experience with configuration and support of SAP modules, especially within finance and manufacturing environments. The candidate should also be able to collaborate effectively with finance group users and provide support for SAP financial modules. International experience is a plus but not required. Key Responsibilities : Provide functional expertise in SAP R/3 and work closely with users in the finance and manufacturing groups. Configure and support SAP modules, particularly SAP Financial Modules such as FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), FI (Financial Accounting), GL (General Ledger), AR (Accounts Receivable), and Asset Management. Offer guidance and support to end users in the finance department, ensuring smooth operational workflows. Participate in the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of SAP systems. Work on the functional aspects of SAP R/3, providing recommendations on process improvements and system enhancements. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, understanding business needs and translating them into SAP solutions. Provide user training and documentation for the finance and manufacturing teams as needed. Collaborate with international teams (NTH experience preferred but not required). Required Skills : Strong functional expertise in SAP R/3. Proven experience in SAP configuration and support, particularly in finance and manufacturing. Deep understanding of SAP Financial Modules, including FICO, FI, GL, AR, and Asset Management. Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work with finance group users to gather requirements and support system improvements. Familiarity with SAP support and configuration within a manufacturing environment. Nice to Have (NTH) : International experience with SAP systems.
