Our Fortune 500 client is looking for an Epic Training Manager to work on their project based out of Raleigh, NC / Remote. Job Title: Epic Training Manager Location: Raleigh, NC / Remote Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: The Training Manager is responsible for communicating training policies and procedures across the organization. This person will also coordinate role analysis and all classroom and equipment aspects of Epicled virtual training. Responsibilities: Classroom Administration and Planning: Managing WSUL onboarding and engagement and overseeing dayinthelife activities Develop processes for staff, providers, and managers to escalate questions and concerns about Epic class assignments and registration Provide Epic with the appropriate data to import trainee information into the Epic Training Platform Communicate training registration and completion data from Epic to operational and project leadership Ensure all staff have appropriate Epic training tracks assigned and are registered for Epic classes Secure training rooms, workstations, printers, projectors, screens, barcode scanners, and other equipment needed for virtual Epicled training and any operationally led DILs that require a computer lab End-User Engagement and Change Management: Set training requirements for enduser system access and get buyin on this decision from project and operational leadership Communicate with WSULs throughout the project to ensure that they are staying engaged and are prepared to support enduser training and readiness Required Experience: Manage WSUL onboarding and engagement and overseeing day-in-the-life activities Required 5 Years Develop processes for staff, providers, and managers to escalate questions and concerns about Epic class assignments and registration Required 5 Years Communicate training registration and completion data from Epic to operational and project leadership Required 5 Years Ensure all staff have appropriate Epic training tracks assigned and are registered for Epic classes Required 5 Years Set training requirements for end-user system access and get buy-in on this decision from project and operational leadership Required 5 Years Please send your updated word format resume along with your best contact details.
