Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and IT security fundamentals. Functional knowledge of Active Directory Users and Groups. Basic SQL & PowerShell skills for data analysis and automation. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to follow-up Responsibilities: Experience with Java programming Proficient with Sailpoint Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and service providers to implement best practices in identity governance. Proactively identify system gaps and recommend potential solutions to enhance security and compliance. Review and address incident tickets and work orders related to identity and access management, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
