Develop operational data monitoring, analysis, and automated remediation solutions to improve efficiency and reliability. Invest time with other teams, including application development and infrastructure teams, to support business applications and processes in new ways. Skills Designing and implementing sophisticated enterprise-level solutions. Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) through DevOps, and tools such as Crossplane, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible. Performance monitoring and observability through platforms such as ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, and Grafana. Tier 1 vendor technologies both on-premise and cloud, including Kubernetes & containers at scale. Strong motivation and drive, with the ability to operate across multiple change projects simultaneously, including those that span geographies. API integration and API design knowledge is must Cloud certification and knowledge Victoria metrics Azure ADX Telemetry knowledge needed Qualifications: Minimum 14 years of qualified experience in monitoring and Observability track. Bachelor's degree in computer science(s), information technology/security, systems engineering or relevant work experience. Good to have Professional certifications. Role: Security Engineer (Cloud & Kubernetes) Location: Frisco, TX (day1 onsite) Job Description Responsible for planning, designing, testing and implementing computer and network security infrastructure design and implementation for project including Cloud-Native container as a service. Required skills Deep understanding of cloud computing principles, including virtualization, containerization, microservices, and serverless computing; Risk Management, RHCOS security, container security, Kubernetes security, IAM security, network security, auditing, encryption, secrets management and data protection, securing CI/CD Analyze environments to identify both technical and operational challenges while making recommendations and developing solutions for improvement Lead complex or high severity troubleshooting and incident/problem resolutions with other security or cloud teams Maintain knowledge of current developments in cloud, CaaS and cybersecurity, maintaining of threats to It environments Bachelors degree in IT, Cybersecurity or related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in Information security with 4+ years of experience in cloud security 3+ years of experience of cloud container security experience. Experience with cloud infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Azure Resource Manager.
