Job Role- Program Manager (SAP/MDM) Location- NJ-Hybrid Duration- 12+Months Contract Key Responsibilities A Master Data Management (MDM) Program Manager's responsibilities include: Developing and implementing data management strategies, defining data standards, overseeing data governance policies, designing and optimizing data workflows, and training teams on data management practices. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining master data: Ensuring that master data is accurate, complete, and consistent across systems Collaborating with teams: Working with data owners and other MDM team members to resolve issues and align data with business needs Participating in projects: Taking part in MDM projects and initiatives Creating a program management plan Ensuring programs align with the organization's strategic plan Defining program controls Planning the program budget Managing risks and issues Coordinating projects Roles A Program Manager, with overall years of exp between 15 and 18. Been throuhg the ranks of Project Manager, responsible for implementation. Ideally must have minimum of three enterprise level implementations (MDM). Exp in SAP will be optional, however good to have. Should have understanding of Business scenarios and converting it to MDM Business logic. Should have a crystal clear understanding of the various scenarios that are being used in the project. Should have skills to convert Business Requirements into Technical Specifications. Build MDM repository Develop MDM solutions for workflows, de-duplication, validations etc Exp in creating MDM Project documentation Facilitate Data load and syndication Other responsibilities, optional.
