| Hi All, Job Role: SAP BI/BW Analyst Experience: 10+ years Location: Buffalo, USA (On-Site) Details Job Description Overall, 8+ years of experience on application development and implementation, support, upgrade, and maintenance in Native HANA, SAP BW and SAP BW on HANA. Domain exposure to Retail, Supply Chain industries. Good understanding in SAP functional modules like MM, SD, FI, PP, HR, and CRM Services. Experience on end-to-end implementation of BW/BI projects that includes Standard/custom data source extraction, Data Modelling, development of BW data flow, ABAP routines, development of Bex queries. Creating Composite Providers with new functionalities introduced in SAP BW 7.5 on HANA. Responsibilities Expert in Data Modelling and Development using SAP HANA 1.0 and SAP HANA 2.0 for Native HANA Development. Expertise on SAP HANA modelling of Calculation views in modeler perspective. Best Practices been used to improve the Performance of HANA Models. Worked extensively on Input Parameters, Variables in HANA Views. Worked on Currency Conversion at the Aggregation node in the calculation view. Involved in creating Table Functions and used in Calculation Views. Involved in creating Stored Procedures to update the data to custom tables in HANA. Worked on enhancing the HANA Generated external views as per the client requirements and publishing it back to BW through Composite Provider. Exposure on delivery units, Import and export. Involved in SQL statement analysis using SQL trace and expensive statement trace. Optimization of Models - Understanding Plan Viz & Performance tuning. Primary Skills Overall, 8+ years of experience on application development and implementation, support, upgrade, and maintenance in Native HANA, SAP BW and SAP BW on HANA. Domain exposure to Retail, Supply Chain industries. Good understanding in SAP functional modules like MM, SD, FI, PP, HR, and CRM Services. Experience on end-to-end implementation of BW/BI projects that includes Standard/custom data source extraction, Data Modelling, development of BW data flow, ABAP routines, development of Bex queries. Creating Composite Providers with new functionalities introduced in SAP BW 7.5 on HANA. Extensively worked on SAP HANA Composite Provider that consumes a view from HANA and integrated with the Advance data stored object in BW system which is the new feature introduced in SAP BW 7.5 on HANA. Secondary Skills (If Any) Worked on Project, Jobs, Workflow, Data Flow, and ABAP Data Flow. Worked on SLT to get real time data from ECC into HANA Created the Data Stores. Involved in Replication Errors and Resolution process.
