The role will be responsible for data conversion effort for a full platform phase one (1) Workday implementation for an academic medical center and research institution. The role will own the process and procedures necessary to convert legacy data to the Workday object model in the areas of Learning, HCM and Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain and other related systems. The role will be to lead a team of data conversion programming specialists. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business and technical disciplines to develop and execute a comprehensive data conversion strategy.
