Key Responsibilities: SAP HANA Administration: Install, configure, and upgrade SAP HANA databases and applications. Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Manage SAP HANA backup, recovery, and high availability strategies. System Maintenance: Apply patches and updates to the SAP HANA system as needed. Manage transport requests and system copies. Ensure system security and compliance with internal and external policies. Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and implement improvements. Analyze and resolve performance issues related to SAP HANA. Technical Support: Provide support for SAP HANA-related incidents and service requests. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures. Project Involvement: Participate in SAP HANA implementations, migrations, and upgrades. Support project activities related to SAP HANA architecture and design. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with SAP functional teams, developers, and other stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and support for SAP-related projects and initiatives.
