Familiarity with reimbursement processes & Financial flows in Healthcare settings (Knowledge of VBHC is nice to have but not required), Proven track record of Client engagement & solution design in healthcare or Hospital Management context. Our client is planning on building the healthcare data solution business through a new joint venture and the hospital network in Pittsburgh. As a part of the project, they are considering solution development with supporting DMP(data management platform) development on the hospital system - in PoC, they are planning on developing the system to optimize the health insurance fees. We're looking for a consultant who can support this project with his/her extensive experiences and knowledge. Requirement: Healthcare industry knowledge - deep understanding of healthcare industry Designing solution skill and design definition skill Work time zone is Eastern time Business trips to Pittsburgh are required Background in consulting firm/IT integrator companies Understanding of hospital operations, healthcare workflows and key challenges faced by providers & Patients Ability to Navigate complex healthcare environment & understand various stakeholder's perspective Strong ability to identify client problems through interviews observations & workshops with stakeholders.
