You will collaborate with various internal teams, including Contract Ops, Revenue Ops, Legal Ops, Privacy, and Security, to define and prioritize product requirements. You will also work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful product delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CLM, a customer-centric approach, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal customers to understand their CLM requirements and develop a roadmap. Collaborate with Privacy and Security teams to incorporate their requirements into the roadmap. Create business cases for roadmap initiatives, outlining their projected impact. Drive alignment and communication with partners who have conflicting demands. Write detailed product requirements and end-to-end use cases for engineering & design. Effectively present information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Develop metrics to measure product and feature success and identify enhancements. Essential Skills: 7+ years proven track record in software product management for CLM systems. Customer-centric approach with strong verbal and written communication skills. Practical knowledge of business processes and enterprise applications. Solid knowledge in Contract Lifecycle Management. Ability to understand complex integrations and organizational structures. Proven ability to lead and align multiple partners across the organization. Excellent conflict-resolution management skills. Attention to detail with a proactive attitude and the ability to work in a distributed team. Self-motivated and comfortable being held accountable for developing and executing plans. Desirable Skills: Knowledge in Data Privacy and Cybersecurity.
