Job Description (Posting). : -Deep understanding of Salesforce Public Sector solutions and other Salesforce clouds, with a focus on state & local solutions. Ability to design Salesforce projects, including integration with ancillary technology stacks.-Ability to transition Pre-sales solutions of Public Sector Solution to Delivery Phase for project team and solution engineers. -Serve as the technical authority for Salesforce Pubic Sector solutions for the project delivery - Have a strong understanding of integrating with a Federated Data Architecture built on MIcrosoft Azure and Informatica. - Engage with other subject matter experts (SMEs) from Microsoft Azure solutions and Mulesoft to deliver the proposed hybrid solution. - Identify critical technical challenges, including integrations, usability (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (6.)
