This position will focus on supporting the ServiceNow platform and administrative activities. Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow system, including making approved changes to forms, tables, reports, configuration changes and workflows. Support Upgrade activities implement new solutions in ServiceNow to meet customer requirements. Troubleshoot problems, implement bug fixes, and perform root cause analysis. Hands-on development includes creation, configuration and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probe, sensors and Event rules. Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, application management tools using OOB plugins and API methods. Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt and Orchestration use cases. 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and more.
