Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of professional experience working with SAP Service modules (CS, SM). Deep expertise in Service Notifications, Field Repairs, Depot Repairs, and 3rd-party repairs. Strong understanding of RMA processes, Warranty Management, and Service Contracts. Proficient in Equipment Master configuration and service-related billing processes.
