Job Description:

10+ Yrs. Of Seasoned experience as Agile coach Good expertise in Safe Agile Initiate the planning and scope within an Agile framework.

Preparing for sprint planning meetings Running sprint retrospective meetings.

Helping your teammates to stay motivated and cheerful.

The Agile Coach's role is to inspire the team, give tools, and promote personal growth.

Their roles may include a variety of agile coach responsibilities, such as: Distribute information on the Agile process to all team members early on.

Each process step that will be necessary during the project's lifespan should be taught by the team.

Assist in the development of project plans. Identify probable project pitfalls.

Respond to your colleagues' questions. Problems with the process can be recognized and diagnosed.

Coach Agile Product Owners to achieve corporate value and project vision.

Create user stories to assist Product Managers.

Allow Product Owners to make tactical decisions that keep the project moving forward and empower them to create strategic connections with other business members.

Scrum masters who want to become coaches should be mentored. Assist scrum masters with meeting preparation, such as pre planning and scheduling, planning, daily scrum, and review.

Scrum and Kanban are two of the most popular Agile methodologies, and managers should be trained in their applications.

Educate managers on dealing with any cultural shifts the project may cause.

All team members should have an agile mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth and change.

Developing an agile mindset to ensure a smooth transition of culture to agile Mentoring Product Owners and Scrum Teams Training team members' agile ways of working Support agile-based processes by implementing governing policies.

Recognising relevant metrics to define the measurement system Implement changes to ease into new ways of working Expose dysfunctions by applying system thinking Counselling and evaluating agile frameworks Thinking of new ways to form contracts with customers

(1.) To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and perform Value creation and KM activities.

(2.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents.

(3.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.

(4.) To work closely with the development team, On-site Engineers to understand technical requirements and work with them to address and resolve technical issues.

(5.) Identify and flag potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies or contingency plans to address risks and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
