Assist development teams with their pipeline issues in Azure DevOps. The resources need to be well acclimated with Azure and Azure DevOps, including all aspects of troubleshooting in the said platforms. Escalating issues to L2 support, which will be the SRE team member at onshore.- Available for support 16 hours a day * 5 times a day per week. Essential Skills: Need to be well acclimated with Azure and Azure DevOps, including all aspects of troubleshooting in the said platforms. Hands on experience in azure monitoring application or infrastructure alerts and troubleshooting issues with various workloads in Azure tenants. Experience in Azure monitoring (Log Analytics, alerting, AppInsights) Desirable Skills: Azure DevOps (CICD pipelines YAML based, repos, artifacts, service connections, organization and project settings, VMSS based agent pool)- Azure (app services, Azure SQL, Redis Cache, API Management service, Azure Data Factory, Key vault, hub/spoke topology) Nice to have application development background (.NETcore/React) Detail oriented with excellent organization and analytical skills- Ability to plan and take initiatives to accomplish objectives in timely fashion Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, supervisors, vendors, and employees fro mother departments.
