Primary job duties/responsibilities: Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. You will assess the business model and its integration with technology, gather and synthesize information, and define the future state and/or business solution. You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in o9 Demand Planning. You should have influencing and advisory skills, be responsible for team decisions, and engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions. Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in o9 Demand Planning is required. Advanced proficiency in O9 Solutions Supply Chain Planning & Analytics, intermediate proficiency in O9 Solutions, and intermediate proficiency in other skills 1 are recommended. - Conduct in-depth analysis of the organization's processes and systems. - Assess the current state and identify customer requirements. - Design the future state and/or business solution. - Collaborate with multiple teams to make key decisions. - Provide innovative solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
