Responsibilities Behavioral analysis of website and/or mobile app usage across full digital ecosystem including transactional commerce flows and content consumption Emphasis on friction point and journey analysis in support of experience improvement, persona development, demand and conversion optimization questions Potentially participate in predictive analytics deliverables including days exploration and feature development Ability to independently coordinate with Cast resources, effectively communicate analytical methods and synthesize findings Qualifications we seek in you!
