Position: Business Analyst ( Retirement Services) Location: Remote (Must be ready to work in EST time zone) Duration: Long Term Contract Need USC, H1B & H4 EAD candidates only. & Passport Number Must for Submission. Need 10+ years experience Job Description: Business Product Configuration : Configure retirement services products and features within the technology platform to meet business requirements and regulatory standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product specifications and customization needs. Ensure accurate mapping of product requirements to technology capabilities. Business Rules Management : Develop, document, and implement business rules for retirement services products. Work with subject matter experts to identify and incorporate business rules into the technology platform. Regularly review and update business rules to ensure compliance with evolving regulations and business needs. Technology Platform Integration : Analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements for the technology platform. Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration of business rules and product configurations. Participate in system testing and validation to confirm that configurations and rules perform as intended. Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with business units, product managers, and IT teams to gather and clarify requirements. Facilitate meetings and workshops to discuss product configurations and rule implementation. Provide training and support to users on new features and functionalities. Documentation and Reporting : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business rules, product configurations, and system changes. Generate reports and dashboards to track the effectiveness of configurations and rule applications. Continuous Improvement : Monitor and evaluate the performance of product configurations and business rules. Recommend and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics. Compliance and Quality Assurance : Ensure that all configurations and business rules adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain the quality and accuracy of system configurations. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in Retirements Services and Annuities products in US market , business analysis, particularly in retirement services or financial products. Strong understanding of business rules management and product configuration within technology platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
