KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Installation and Configuration Lead the installation of Ansys Minerva and ensure it is up and running. Configure the system, including setting up dashboards, workflows, Active Directory, and role-based access control. Address and resolve configuration issues, ensuring the system meets operational requirements. 2.Support and Knowledge Transfer: Work with Ansys to understand the support levels and manage the support process. Develop and deliver training to internal resources, focusing on system configuration and maintenance. Provide documentation and details to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure internal team competency. 3.Business Administration: Assist in setting up business workflows and administrative processes. Ensure the system integrates smoothly into existing workflows and threading pipelines. Develop strategies to minimize dependency on Ansys for future support and changes. 4.Project Management: Coordinate with the internal team to ensure milestones are met, including installation, testing, and configuration phases.
